For Sale 89 acre tract with a large scale livestock feeding facility and supporting infrastructure for up to 2000 head of livestock
There are two building sites on the property (north/south). The north site consists of a large scale livestock feeding facility, feed storage structures and a manure composting site with a liquid manure storage lagoon. The south site consists of a livestock housing/feeding facility.
CATTLE BARN #1: (100x798, 32x32 office/garage) Builder: Lester Building Built: 2010/2013 Barn: Full concrete floor with interior divided into group pens. Some pens are divided by interior 7 ft height concrete walls, other pens by gates. A concrete apron extends both south and north of the building with the north apron gated for cattle movement (drovers lane).
